I've just filched this off the Disinformation Directory on Facebook, and although it refers to Internet Trolls, it is a fine description of many of the quantum 'warriors' now handling control over innocent lives across eThekwini via the Smart City quantum technology and the powerlines.

In the journal "Personality and Individual Differences”, the scientists report about the results. About six percent of the respondents, so around 25 persons, could be identified as "pattern-like trolls". Their personality profiles would offer every psychiatrist much joy. They showed signs of sadism, psychopathy, narcissism and machiavellianism. Translated: They had great pleasure in manipulating and violating others. They were also vindictive, callous and exceedingly convinced of themselves. Because the whole thing was pretty hard to believe Buckels decided to do two more studies: One with 188 Canadian students and again one with more than 600 Americans. However, the result was exactly the same."
