A HARD HABIT TO BREAK...

I'd driven around on the grass a couple of times, up at Jimmy Bellowes Field, while the avo man listened intently, and had then said that my right back wheel was the culprit.. *blinks...  There's a first time for everything, and I can't say I've ever heard anything like that sound before.. *shrugs... When did I first mention it to you?  2 weeks ago?
A little wierd then, when I went up early yesterday morning to wash down my car, and by some amazing fluke I found THIS monstrosity embedded in the back left tyre... That's some big nail, hey?
The GW kindly took her up to Tiger Wheel later in the morning, where he found he was No. 36 in the queue, as they battled to get all the jobs finished by noon.  Anyways, they plugged it, and said the noise in the other wheel was probably the brakes, but they didn't have time to make sure.. *sighs...

Who knew there'd be a fortune to be made in the tyre business once the Project began, and the steady destruction of our roads ensued?  Oops!  Beg pardon.  I mean since the crooked Muni officials began pocketing the millions set aside for road maintainance.. *thumps forehead....

It appears that Mac McCarthy's brief includes rather more than just telling you what you want to hear online at durbanite.. For if I'm not much mistaken, there he was on the Letters page 7 of Friday, 22nd April, Mercury, holding forth on the burka.  (www.themercury.co.za)..*grins and waves wildly...

The latest Post newspaper had an interesting piece on the front page, if only because it involved my often mentioned King's Avenue in Westville.. I see too that they've recently acquired a website at www.post@inl.co.za where you may hopefully find the article for yourselves...
Turns out one 'Bimbo' Perumal had his R3.5mil home in King's Avenue seized by the Asset Forfeiture Unit back in 2008, for his involvement in drug trafficking, though he himself appears to have neatly avoided incarceration..*gags..
The only Perumal in King's Avenue seems to be at No. 30, a fair way down and across the other side of the road from 1b, and the frequently reported water runoffs... *interested... Has Bimbo's mansion stood empty since it was 'attached' in 2008? How does it work?  Who sees to the upkeep of the grounds, and is the owner allowed to come and go as he pleases, or have the locks all been changed since then?
Naturally I have to wonder who it is that sits in that little cluster of homes at 1b King's Avenue, and whether they are monitoring ALL the properties along the road, via the powerlines?
Were I to check my photo albums, would I find the earliest picture of the runoffs goes right back to 2008, which would indicate their possible involvement in the seizure of the property at No. 30?

If my wild speculation were correct, it would most certainly be a feather in the Project's cap, not so?  Whatever the Post's description of Bimbo would have you believe, Perumal is a bit-player in the drug trafficking world compared to the now invincible Michael Barnabas.. It's also unavoidably obvious that he's not behind bars where he belongs..   Sensing a pattern here?  *teeth...
While it may be claimed in it's defence that the invasion of Privacy by the Project technology is achieving stunning results, I beg as usual, to differ...
It must have been noted on the very earliest projections of the Scheme, that while the technology could OUT criminals, the vast majority would remain free to continue their nefarious activities, without fear of being put behind bars, anytime in the near future...

If the invasive technology was initially designed purely to catch the Corrupt, the judiciary system and the building of prisons would have been given priority, long before Telkom began rolling out their fibre Network and Professor Francisco and Leonard Els rigged up the biggest wireless base-station in South Africa. Those two vital areas were instead totally ignored, leading to the laughable situation we have today.
Trough-feeders everywhere you look, outed in Public, but free to continue going about the business of siphoning off more millions, set aside for the betterment of the population.. Blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda...?

My point is this.. The Big Brother Information Theft technology was NEVER intended primarily to eradicate corruption.... It was always meant to harness an unsuspecting population, giving chosen officials total control over the good, the bad, and the fugly...
Sure, it's a great and welcome distracting promotional side-effect, that they're now able to ferret out hidden details of corrupt activities, but as only one in every couple of hundred nabbed, will ever make it to the Courts, it's all pretty pointless.... *yawns....

Besides, there was never any effort made to clean up the justice system itself, and now it's way too late...There'll be Leverage Files on most of our Magistrates and Judges, tucked away in databanks across the land...
All the criminals now need is sufficient loot to pay the right contact for access to a particular Law Officer's Leverage File, and he/she may well be 'persuaded' to act leniently....
While you may be fooled into thinking the invasive methods being employed will ultimately save the country, I continue to have serious doubts... *eyeroll...

It's now 4.25am and someone has just set Joey and Nobby off noisily, up on the road... As I sat here earlier at 3.45am, the cordless phone behind me had uttered a sudden cheerful chirrup to announce that I had my Controller's full attention.. *beams... I think you could safely say that I'm a habit that Balliram finds impossible to break, one way or the other.. *winks...
It was well before 8pm last night, and I'd only had the light out for five minutes, when a sudden fierce chest pain gripped me.. I cursed him aloud and it vanished as swiftly as it had arrived.. Another first for Frequency Freddy, and I have to wonder who it is that is feeding him these skills...
The amount of fags I get through each day is frankly appalling, and I'm well aware of it.. Angina and emphysema are the least of my worries...
Why would you not believe that that flash of pain had nothing to do with any frequencies, and everything to do with my smoking habits?  *grins..

I believed the RF Engineer totally, when he'd said that world technology is at least 20 years ahead of what Joe Public is privy to... In fact, I'd guess that it's probably nearer 30 years..  By now, every possible frequency on the spectrum will have been tested on humans as well as animals, and the results well-documented...
The Knives to the Wrist, Dead Hands, Shin Cramps, and excrutiating joint pains are small-fry, compared to what can be achieved with certain combinations, not so Rezah?

The sharp stabbing pains to the head, and now that swift kick in the chest, round about the heart area?  Those would be the frequencies saved for special occasions, would they not?  To be administered when the subject becomes tiresome, and has pretty much outlived it's usefulness?  *teeth..
Now that I've mentioned this latest feat by my Controller, I guess I've given him a gift, and that particular nasty will be employed more often, leaving you suckers to believe that self-abuse is to be my nemesis...

I predicted a good while back that there would have been an astonishing increase in ailments related to tinnitis, bursitis, and arthritis, never mind the Carpal tunnel syndrome and rheumatism..

Our Area Controller is a Mafia-connected thug who happens to be a skilled Cracker.. I very much doubt he's capable of figuring out the finer, more deadly frequencies on his own, which means that someone is feeding him the information, and one wonders why... *grins... Could it be to obtain the last and loudest collective laugh, as my termination is judiciously laid at the door of Mr. Peter Stuyvesant?  *winks..

A baffled GameWrecker has just come through to say that he was beset by alternate extremes of hot and cold during the night..
Try telling someone who took six years to finally accept that cables are being run through the waterlines, that his immediate neighbour is the cause of the extreme temperature changes in our home?  *coughs gently...
We have no millions to attract Willie Hofmyer's attention or assistance, and I'd have to guess that the Telecoms Agent's current line of defence is that it's not his business how the Project is being run down in Durban.. Right? *keels over snorting...

I should have seen the writing on the wall way back when the Part-Time Activist had shrugged me off as a victim of a thug given too much power... Did she know back then just how many victims Balliram tortures?  Unlikely....
