THE ROAD TO NOWHERE.....
(begun Saturday19th July at 8.30am.....)
I couldn't STFU now if I tried.... Anyways, if you recall, gossiping has been endorsed by our own Commander-in-Chief, der Kommissar....*beams..
I'm still puzzled that Captain Lazarus may at one point, have been very tempted to say I talk too much...*curious...
It takes me back to the fact that the Druglord, Earl Barnabas' lady, fair Carol Frankson and her spawn, had access to my landline....*nods..
Were the Good on the Hill fed a line that Barnabas himself was being closely monitored and by proxy, his girlfriend? Were the Good told that I had blown the SAPS cover so to speak? *roffels.... That it was I, with my chatter here, that finally caused Carol to put No. 734 Jan Smuts Highway up for sale? Thereby negating months of work done by the SAPS ? If so, someone is spouting crap, and for once it ain't this toad....*laughing...
Barnabas is as much involved in the running of the Zone as Koobair and his Rotten Apples...*nods... Merely mentioning these names on my blog has caused the Village People wannabee to emerge and skulk about over under the gumtrees with his airgun....*chokes...
Is Freddie the Accountant at No. 12 Harris Crescent an acquaintance of Earl Michael Barnabas? A long shot, but it would explain why he was (after Bali and before Mo down at No. 2), firmly placed on the monitoring Grid early on....a clear favourite...*grins..
Why his telephone pole was taken down in the valley here at one stage and replaced with a power supply pole *cackles.. I guess it was just too obvious to a casual passer-by and eventually reverted back to a plain telephone pole...*smiles.. How he lost the plot when I took pictures of his little WiFi shed and wendyhouse....*laughing...
What a mixed bunch of technologies saturate this little valley to be sure... Wifi, Wimax, ADSL and iBurst all side by side and crammed around the edge of a small green belt....*grins...
Forget about water runoffs - here we are treated to tsunamis. I too occasionally do my bit with the garden sprinkler, but it irks me to see such a precious (though currently seriously sub-standard) commodity running down the road to nowhere.... *frowns..
Did any other Durbanites notice how many times the gigantic Hercules took off from Louis Botha over the last two weeks? I figure that thing must cost rather more than a shitload to fly,and yet off it went time and again....*baffled...
Filled with what? Technology for Selebi's Project, or new Mercs for the Crooked Government Officials...? Both ? *shrieks.... Someone should be paying attention.
Sutcliffe was very quiet last week.... Holed up in some 5-star establishment strategizing? Still celebrating our 'Cleanest City' Award? If ours is the cleanest city, Lord help the rest of the country! What a farce, and what exactly did we give in return for the Award? *nauseated...
Sunday 20th July at 3.30am :
I watched, as what appeared to be the last reveller, reversed up the Master's drive a while ago... What is it they do, huddled in der Bunker till the early hours? I imagine that after a few joints, tuning in to listen to the old folks snores and farts must provide endless entertainment...*cackles...
Once the initial amazement has worn off, that one's Tormentors are not after all, the geniuses you'd thought them to be, the situation settles into a fairly comfortable acceptance...*grins..
Basically, just how stupid they in fact are.... A group of nearing middle-aged bullies enjoying each other's company while clinging desperately to what remains of their youth...*laughing...
If like me, you have held a less than pleasant picture of yourself for years, the situation can provide a startling epiphany...*cackles...
That hey! You're actually ok! *keels over... In fact, next to the Rotten Apples and the GoondaBoyz, you're pretty close to sainthood....*hysterical laughter....
On the other hand, throwing stones is never a good idea... After all, what shining examples have this lot had to emulate? *pity..... The likes of ex-station Commander Koobair? Finally expelled for selling stolen cars from the Station? (they couldn't pin the drug sales on him alas).... With heroes like this, tis little wonder they are rubbish...*shrugs..
Can they be recycled? Hell yes! Take a look at the toad!! *chokes... Anything is possible I tell you....
To my delight, I found I'd won some branded gear in the Wantitall competition on mybroadband. Random numbers SE VOET!!!! I choose to believe it was an act of kindness on someone's part...*grins...
Thing is - You remember when Bali was mucking about with our Adblock not long ago? And I was deliberately treated to the vodacom ads on practically every page of the forum? I never once saw a Telkom ad per se, though there was a thread about it, and I stopped bleating for branded gear straight away....*falls over laughing...
And here I am, hypocrite (sp) of the decade, thrilled to get items, doubtless sponsored by the Beast itself...*roffels...
Much like my luxmi prayer string and my rose quartz (carried home for me from Namibia nogal), and the thoughts/prayers from so many kind people, do i choose to be happy that my name was 'randomly' picked....*beams...
I had noticed an equally mouthy new nick arrive some weeks ago on the Forum. Created specifically for trolling? *cackles.... Revenge would have been a more suitable name, though under-bridge dwellers don't usually have the balls to be honest...*laughs....
As it is, a more unlikely title would be hard to find. It certainly wouldn't recognize Justice if it up and bit it on the bum...*shrugs and sprays air-freshener in it's pm box....
Later:
Is the Master high enough up the dirty ladder of command to decide alone on slamming off the power? Possibly in the case of just our circuit I would say yes.... Friday's little powerplay (hehe) took Piedmont Road out as well....
What I would give to know the number Bali called that afternoon...*grins.. Allen Spence himself, or one of the new droogs now in charge of the Muni Electricity Department?
On the second of only two passes the chopper made during the blackout on Friday, it chose to fly over Piedmont Road...*applauds... And there you thought I didn't notice...*falls over...
The work is only completed once the chopper has been over and connected it to the Grid....*nods..
Anyone being treated to regular flyovers by the Airwing pilots at the moment? Yes? Lots and lots of digging done nearby of late as well? A few powercuts? Telkom bakkies, muni water trucks and contractors everywhere? Several water pipes 'burst' in your area as well I'll be bound...*chortles...
Neotel indeed....*snorts... Yet another rank-smelling fish to confuse you is all... My guess would be that more than half the posters who cheer so loudly for Neotel, are already on board Selebi's Gravy Train Wireless Project, and know full well that the new kid on the block is a mere extension of the Beast itself....*grins...
The poster with the most to say on the subject, and whose location is given as 'somewhere south of durban', should rename himself Prevaricator... He simply tries too hard....
I hope your Sunday is as perfect as mine.... Peace...
