That wasn't the Howard College dome in Peter Webb's paste-up picture in the Metro insert, after all.... Near enough it was to yank my chain for a bit, but I found this one I'd taken looking up towards the University from Nicholson road and as you can see, its vastly different....*grins...

Cute how the upper floor of the Senior Boys Hostel was cranked to the absolute max and running after 4.00am today and yet by 5.30am there wasn't a light to be seen....*cackles... I'm guessing its this outside light that illuminates the shrubbery so nicely?
There've been a couple of smaller lights active below the giants covering the Uni Tower Block of late...
Looking at the close-ups taken from Queen Elizabeth Avenue, they could only be coming from the offices. Who on earth would be working in the MTB between 4 and 5 am? A GateKeeper?
My Master is patriotically running the entire electrical system at half mast during the evenings..
Whether he cranks it right back up for hours after most people have retired to bed, is anyone's guess...
The PowerHouse at 4.30am today certainly wasn't holding back! *laughs... Anyone spending any length of time too close to this building must surely feel the physical effects? Aching teeth? Pins and needles? Pressure in the ears? As if the GateKeepers would say....*laughs.... And were the orphans to remark, I doubt anyone would listen...*hawks..
Does Bali keep a daily record of the different combinations he tries for maximum effect? When I got back from the Meeting last night all these lights were running in the upper floor of the orphanage.

The link that unsurprisingly never materialised *spits..
Of what use are libraries other than to educate the people, and that is a very definite no-no at this point.
That a start has been made at the Westville Library, will be simply because the Civic Centre is needed to bounce the signal from the Westville Mall possibly towards Kings Avenue.... *shrugs...
The Library itself is insignificant in this greedy scramble...
Go back to the Mercury of Wednesday February 14th 2007 and see how Ms. Subban chats blithely of the visionary ICT strategy put in place by the Muni some years ago (read 2004 you MOFOS) and ask yourselves why something as basic as reading facilities for the youth have been ignored.

I was awoken at 9.45am, some 5 minutes after sinking into a coma-like sleep, by our doorbell...
A quick check showed that Kitt iii had just pulled out and the three canines were all up at the gates waving goodbye! Ring the Bell and Run Away is still amusing after all these years oh middle-aged Ruler of my Life? Indeed....*laughing...
I figure what this naive plonker needs right now is a miracle...
Something I can cling to as I go under for the umpteenth time, that will convince me that the past 5 years' abuse of man, beast, and the very earth itself, is justified....
That what I perceive to be a Project that will ultimately only be of benefit to the criminal in this country, is in actual fact, a scheme that will somehow be for the Good of mankind...
