GOT MY PLANS IN A ZIPLOC BAG.....
The moon had gone behind the hill at 3.30am. One of Number 14's pack of dogs was voicing its anxiety up the way. The Captain's Kreepy Krawly ticked away busily cleaning his pool...unusual indeed to hear it at that hour but it promised to be a lovely day and for most people here in Durban, a holiday.
One insignificant light visible in the direction of the Ablution Block. The Rec. Centre lights are on. At about 3.50am my dear Controller noisily came looking for me via the jackpoints in the lounge...*grins....
The bedroom sensor was exeptionally well-behaved this morning after yesterday's madness.
Not a window alight on the upper floor over at the Senior Boys Hostel though most of the outdoor lights were activated.
I'd not yet been up the top to see what wonders were on offer today....
Last night, before bed, I was enchanted when going out on the front lawn, to find a new gift from Fred the Accountant...*curtseys deeply...
My very own orange light attached to the front wall of his house! What a treat! Not nearly the size of the beauties on the Power-House up at the orphanage, or even those facing us from the Senior Boys Hostel. Nonetheless it is Very pretty and must surely be purely for my entertainment?
Strangely enough its Direct Line of Sight can only be the bedroom sensor on the telephone pole in the valley and nothing else....weird indeed ...*puzzled....
Last Wednesday evening 25th April, the GameWrecker arrived home with the Daily News and said der Kommissar had made the front page! My blog published the following day (Thursday 26th April "this is all that I have")refers.
The article was a brief potted history of an habitual offender of tender years. The problems involved in catching him and once caught, in keeping him incarcerated. der Kommissar was quoted throughout...nice one.
I gather there was a further mention of this young thief being actually apprehended in Friday's Daily News and then the Sunday Tribune devoted pretty much the entire front page to him and to der Kommissar yesterday...*eyes bulging.....
The Story: Miraculously, the very day after the initial article appeared, the youngster (13years old) was 'found' in a house in Reservoir Hills and once again locked up...*grins admiringly.....
According to the Tribune article, the decision was taken to send him up to Mpumalanga and a Place of Safety there.
Our CPF Chairman was either approached or he volunteered to see that the offender was delivered safely.
Young Foco would have enjoyed the trip and change of scenery I'm sure and so presented no problem to our Chair.
It is quite possible that he has been contracted to do a few jobs up in Joeys for Crime Bosses in the area and once he has finished, he will easily find his way back down to Natal....
With his skillz he would be in great demand by the heads of Organised Crime and can be used to great advantage in suburbs that are not 'toeing the line'....
Though the Tribune article was well-written, I cannot help but smell script-kiddies.... Have I now become so jaded with the constant stream of theatrical productions being played out, that I struggle to take these scenarios seriously? *winks....
At this rate our very own Kommissar will be a household name by the end of the year! The sky is the limit!! .... the sky!!! Gettit?! *and falls over laughing.....
Which reminds me, Adrian Kingsley (the alleged child-molester up on 5 charges) is keeping a VERY low profile? He has pretty much passed his sell-by date since he is being regularly mentioned at our CPF Meetings? *cackles...
Has he moved to Reservoir Hills to take over from Foco the child burglar? Possibly he is not so well known up there and could create havoc with his penchant for young children and his spraypaint can?...*sighs....
This toad would dearly love to run its thoughts by der Kommissar. Thoughts regarding the Rotten Apples.... but alas, she was advised by Captain Lazarus that her age is against her and her assistance is not required....*grins....
An SAP AirWing chopper over a couple of times this morning around 10.00am. Didnt appear to be working and probably joy-riding to show investors the Good, the Bad and the downright Ugly....*cackles and waves....
I heard no sirens and will stick my wrinkled neck out that there were no armed men in the valley on this occasion...*laughs...
Is it not time that the shadowy manipulators retired Councillor Jayraj Bachu? It would appear that he receives a huge salary to spend his days sowing discord in the Community and very little else... unless of course this fact has always been the intention?
More along the divide and conquer scheme being used to such great effect here in Sherwood?..*hawks.....
The problems reported (also in the Sunday Tribune) with regard to the Pinetown CPF are along much the same lines and confirm my assertion that however much we try - it will always be 'them' and 'us'..... sad hey?
