Too much of a good thing..

Don't you ever ask yourselves what happened to the Manase Report?  Sure, it was eventually published and made available (albeit with great difficulty) to the man in the street, and yet, despite the fanfare and anticipation, the whole thing had fizzled out like a damp squib?
Who had it been from the Opposition Party who'd hustled online to intimate that document was over 700 pages in length, and hardly worth the read?  Certainly not any of the few in that corner that I've come to admire and trust, for the moment at least...  And just like that, it was gone and forgotten about, as further corruption was carefully engineered to distract you...

To find H2O and i3africa mentioned on the Save our Berea FB page yesterday had been a real shot in the arm for me, and it would appear that Mr. Dunkley hasn't fallen for the stalling tactics as was hoped...
What to do, Mikey?  Are you as I suspect, advising Ms. Allopi every inch of the way?  Are you still confident that the interest from this unexpected quarter will go away, or was that a vibration at the foot of that house of cards stacked next to you?  If they all come tumbling down at this point, would it affect the progress of the Project's installation?  Personally I think it's way too late, and that nothing can stop this behemoth from it's intended goal, as it trundles inexorably across the entire country, wiring each town, hamlet ,and city to the quantum laser/wifi surveillance Grid...

How's that Party line go again, Mr. van Zyl? *studies the vodacom strategist... Give the people enough carefully engineered shit to distract them, recruit the rest to ensure their silence, and Bob's your uncle? Your Masters will remove every man Jack's right to privacy and good health right from under their noses, with near indecent speed...
Damage control swung into action yet?  Have Kevin and Cheryl already been approached by those they know and trust, to be whispered to, to colour their thinking?  Will feigned outrage be expressed as evidence becomes clearer each day of the corruption that's rife in Ms. Allopi's department?  Will we in fact be told that a team of investigators are being set up to probe the many under-the-counter deals they're involved in? Will those good folk buy those stalling tactics and fall silent as will be suggested they do, for fear of prejudicing the fictitious 'investigation'?

Ag, it's all been dead easy to achieve, hey Janneman?  The investigators will drag their heels accordingly, and in the meantime another suburb or three will be firmly linked to the quantum/wifi Grid.. The stallage tactic has been employed successfully by Munis across the land, and it'll continue to be used until the ultimate goal is achieved, and there is squat that Joe Public can do to stop it..
In the meantime, are the Save our Berea team set to encounter the now familiar mischief created to upset their personal lives and to distract them from the good work they're doing?  Any sudden problems with their electrical appliances or their TV reception?
An ongoing spate of missed calls and heavy breathers?  Their cars have begun playing up, or their streetlight is faulty?  As irritating as all of that would be, it's the very least of their problems..

Both of those good folk will by now be receiving more attention over their powerlines than is good for their health, whether they accept it or not. It may be that their systems can withstand the battering of EMF that will ensue as a result, or it may be another family member, or even the loyal housekeeper, who begins to show signs of a reaction to the unseen visitor that hangs on their walls...
Will the Project agents nearby those two homes employ the Throat Choker frequency during their clandestine visits?
Is any member of those two households due to begin the violent spasmodic hacking that ensues when that particular wireless weaponry is unleashed on a target?

Their homes stand empty each day as the occupants head off to the office?  All the better then, to have those ladders propped up against the streetlights and adjustments made to those cables and cowling fittings... It's doubtful that the Save our Berea creators have any inkling of their peril, and it's a given that they'll be reassured by those they trust, to pay me no mind..
Those shocking pictures that were posted on their wall yesterday, are the tip of this foul iceberg, and the trenches carved across the pavements and walkways are indeed to facilitate either fibre to those streetlights, or in the case of a new customer to the Smart City experiment, fibre through from the streetlight to the homeowner's sewer lines, and into the house itself...
The relevant water lines will also have to be 'adjusted' accordingly, to facilitate this astonishingly advanced technology, so you can take your pick as to the necessity for vandalising public walkways in such a fashion...

By the way, we'd driven up Francoise Road again, a couple of weeks ago.. This time the house HERE had all of it's strangely coated windows standing open, and there'd been what looked like a powerful sulphur-based light shining out from the front room.. Oops?  The house had appeared strangely empty and unoccupied.. Has the buyer had a change of heart, or is that would-be Controller due to move in any day now?
Confirmed Grumbler that I am, you won't be surprised if I take issue with the treatment that's been applied to those windows ...I have no doubt whatsoever that it's a safety precaution, designed to protect the occupants from at least some of the fall-out created by the surveillance technology..

Whether it actually works is immaterial... My question is whether the nearby neighbours have also been afforded knowledge of this means of protection, or whether they're being kept oblivious to the increased volumes of EMR they're due to encounter once the technology is fully operational?  No? They'll be expected to take their chances, along with the rest of the heaving ignorant masses?  They'll be expected to fork out their hard-earned cash silently, as the cost of electricity and water continues to escalate?
They'll be expected to accept the regular power failures, and the copper cabling 'thefts', never mind their physical reactions, as the quantum laser Recruits bound unseen through the powerlines and into the privacy of their homes?

Remind yourselves it's for a noble cause, folks, and that if you wish to replace the corrupt Government with something better, the Trojan Horse experiment is the only option available.. Se GAT it is...
For decades, the Project Authors have sat slavering in our direction, and for decades they will have actively promoted the corruption that is rife here in SA today.
The prize at the end of this rainbow (nation), has always been the total control of the population by a One World Order, and to achieve this, you will have to part with your right to privacy and good health forever...
Are you going to go quietly?  Are you going to allow yourselves to be enslaved by those who would stoop to deliberately engineering murder and mayhem to achieve their aims? They sound like a good bunch to you?

Handing the technology to druglords and Organised Crime bosses across the country was no tactical error on the part of the Project authors, and it's served it's purpose admirably, has it not?  As I keep saying - You can no longer tell the good from the bad, and you have absolutely no idea of who you can trust these days, or who it is that now has access to the most intimate areas of your life..
Ag, moenie worry nie... The top Academics in this country, the physicists, the bio-technologists, and the geo-engineers, all have your best interests at heart, and collectively they will assist in ushering you into the New Age...
Will you survive to make it, or will a single bullet drop into the chamber when the wireless weaponry hits your suburb?

It's anyone's guess who'll survive this monstrous game of Russian Roulette that's being played with the population, and who'll go down to a cancer or fatal seizure long before this wondrous Promised Land is achieved...
I'm disgustingly cheerful about it all, despite that I was woken (I think unintentionally) at some point in the dead of night, to a crippling ache running from hip to hip, although I'd been knocked back out almost immediately.. And yeah - I'd found myself snivelling into the pillow at around 3am this morning.. I don't think that hormones were involved on this occasion.. I was just suddenly bitterly disappointed at my Area Controller and what he's become... Sillyness on my part I know, but it's been fourteen years, and my ignorant optimism persists in hoping for a miraculous turn-around..

It's been fourteen years since Agent Collin P Balliram moved in next door to consolidate ownership of this stretch of the suburb by himself and his mentor, the local druglord 'Earl' Michael Barnabas, well ahead of the planned kickoff of the Smart City technology..
Of the days he'd spend holed up in the Chickencoop with his sound system cranked to the max, and his visitors from Telkom and Sydenham SAPS parking off on his verge... It wouldn't have taken him long to recruit his initial students to the computerised quantum laser program, and I guess once he'd mastered it himself, it was the turn of Missus Kazee's fine son and Narcissus up at No. 16 to begin their lessons..
There are of course dozens more that he will have trained up, including our ex-ANC Ward Councillor's own Aziz, and they're dotted across the neighbourhood, ready and willing to obey him at a call...

While it may well have been of some benefit for Yakoob to have access to his neighbour's privacy, I very much doubt that he was aware that his own castle would be invaded by Glen Nayager and Agent Balliram, and I regard the man as simply another patsy in this massive scam that is the Smart City project...
Shall we move on to our Helen, and just when it was that she'd been informed of the Experiment's existence, and how and why she was persuaded to condone and employ it for her own benefit?  Let's save that one for a rainy day, shall we?
