Accidents waiting..?
(begun Sunday 26th May at 4.20am..)

Not heart failure after all, but a pulmonary embolism?  Says who?  The autopsy results?  Like I said, when the first reports came in that it was 46 year-old Vuyo's heart that had packed in, cardiologists across the country would've been swamped with anxious calls...
Did the Experiment Planners realise at that point that Mbuli's death might raise more interest than they cared for, being as how he's the latest in a string of deaths due to heart failure at a surprisingly young age? Who's to say the autopsy outfit weren't subsequently persuaded to announce that it had been a clot that killed the Presenter, and not his heart after all?  There's no need for you to snort like that.. I've already told you often enough of how the Druglord Barnabas has his guy heading the Gauteng Blood Services, and I've no doubt at all that he has another of his stooges fronting the show here in Durban to ensure that stats that could be related to the Experiment's technology stay under wraps..

I liked the guy, I really did, but the stuff that's coming out now shows that his was anything but a happy family scenario, and you can lay odds that it wasn't just his estranged wife that he'd offended along the way.. So I'm going to stick with the heart failure theory, and suggest that the autopsy results were fudged to avoid a mass panic taking place...   Will Damage Control manage to keep a lid on this latest trend?  Vuyo would've been an easy target as he was already being exposed to more wireless frequencies than most, by the very nature of his work.  It's likely his own home is already linked to the Project's grid, and that bunch of obscure frequencies would've taken it's toll on his already shaky immune system... One serious spike administered over the power feed to that suite at the rugby, and he was a goner...

Crazy?  Maybe, but there are going to be a lot more of these untimely deaths coming up, and Damage Control are going to be kept on their toes camouflaging and hiding the cause from Joe Public....  Did Thoshan Panday have those DOCU guys taken out before or after Glen Nayager's termination?  You might want to check those dates and see whether our ex-Station Commander was indeed the first to be used to demonstrate this new and unprovable means of wiping out your enemies...  There must be dozens in every suburb already rigged up to the surveillance technology, whose hearts will begin to thud or race at odd hours of the day or night for no apparent reason, and the sooner people start discussing this recent phenomenon openly, the better..
It doesnt matter that you've been for tests and gotten the all-clear, as long as you're aware of what it is that's causing your heart's odd behaviour... Once your stretch of road is connected to Petruccione's wireless surveillance technology, the levels of EMF in your home are set to fluctuate wildly, and your heart rate could well be the only sign that this is taking place...

It's now 5.15am, and the Backfire frequency levels just shot up a notch or two.. Morning, Creep... *waves... Just what is it that Balliram is afraid of, and why does he or his proxy for the shift feel the necessity to keep quite such a close watch on me?  It's not like my incoherent waffling will prise the lid off this gigantic can of worms, and as I've more than publicised the zoom-in option to death, why the necessity to repeat the exercise each time I pick up my pen?   Another rhetorical question, as it's glaringly obvious the Coward doesn't mean to get caught napping....
Apart from just one loo call, I was left to snore the night away until 4am.. Did I say left?  Hardly likely... What I should probably have said, is that the level of assaults hadn't been savage enough to have me surface properly...

Something's changed over the last couple of days, and although the Backfire and Abdominal frequencies have been employed in a somewhat less brutal manner than the norm, the pressure to my head has doubled, and at times my ears are crushed and I struggle to focus my eyes..Good news, Balliram?
Even better news is the amount of water saturating the ground above our so-called tool shed... I'd not be surprised if the intention is to weaken the roots of that towering palm, and have it topple over, to give the desired DLOS to my Excellent Neighbour's home....
With the amount of water that's being steadily leaked onto that terrace, you might well achieve far more than just felling the palm tree... Is the carefully engineered collapse of No. 11's retainer walls about to be repeated at ours?

Structural engineers who've studied stolen footage of that section of our property, may have decided that those walls will withstand the flood, but the palm will go down as desired?  See now, if there was anything remotely civilised surrounding the running of this operation, my Good Neighbour would've called me to suggest they have a friend who's willing to take those palms out safely and for free, without causing damage to the surrounding walls or to our roof... Funny enough I would've leapt at such an offer, but of course that's not the way it works, is it?...
Can I anticipate that a gale-force wind is set to spring up fairly soon?  A wind that will arrive unannounced and administer the coup de gras to that now water-logged tree?  Not a wind, but another torrential downpour, as was created to cause the destruction at No. 11?

Water is precious, Mr. MacLeod?  Really?   When it took your chaps nearly 6 days to stop the deliberate runoff from the sewage manhole cover down by the stopstreet, and that, only once Balliram had heard that I was going to take the matter further?  Our own lines are being surged repeatedly, and as fast as the problem points are fixed, there's another leak.. Who's covering the cost of the water that's now steadily dripping onto our toolshed?  Not your problem, Neil, and it'll just be further corruption laid at the door of the Ruling Party?
In this particular case of carefully organised mischief, it turns out that godschild has been sent even further away than usual, so there'll be no help from that quarter...
I'd tried to warn the Devout One a few weeks back that there was a really wide crack in the highest of his retaining walls, but I guess he's been kept too busy to investigate..
Was it about then that the idea of flooding that section began to fester in the Creep's head?  Knowing the Sicko as I do, I'd say that was a definite yes, and that the obscure grey pipe that runs along the top of the wall on our side of the precast fence, is the means he may have used to achieve his aim...
Will my Good Neighbour be ordered to ignore it, or will she get a plumber friend round to stop the wastage before the whole structure collapses?

Is Herr Sutcliffe's penthouse apartment safely above the worst of the blanket of EMF emissions that cover the Golden Mile?  Don't laugh, you know I don't have a clue how it all works, and can only go on my experiences here in the Zone... Those pictures I took when the mist had forced Roux's laser showers to the ground that Saturday morning, were what made me think it's like a belt of technology, and that the air above it, might just be relatively clean?  I'll ask again -  Is Sutcliffe's apartment above that belt, and therefore he escapes the worst of the fallout?
Our Shadow Minister of Police had posted a picture on her page yesterday of a view of the Golden Mile, taken from a similarly lofty position...  Was she visiting a friend when she'd leaned out of the window to get that shot, or is it her own abode?

Are you thinking what I'm thinking?  Ag, that's crazy, and it's probably not even her apartment, let alone that there could be any point above the blanket of wireless and lasers that could be presumed safer than the rest...
Did you check out the amount of green mercury-vapour wireless friendly lamps saturating the area in that picture?  Pretty, hey?  Why so densely clumped together in the one section?  Extra enhancement required to push the signal across that open tract of land towards the Jewish Club?   I hardly ever go down to the beachfront these days, so maybe I've got my perspective all wrong, but it certainly appeared as if the bulk of those green lights were facing up towards Old Fort Road.. How would Kohler-Barnard react were she to suddenly realise the full implications of this surveillance technology, and that Crime Intelligence gathering is the very least of what it's intended to achieve?

Would she stoically accept that it's here to stay, and plod on about her business giving the obligatory outraged yelps at the Secrecy bill with a straight face?  Frankly I don't see that she has any choice in the matter, which is pretty depressing in itself...
The angelus is ringing from the wired-up chapel across the way, and the wind is picking up in the gumtrees... Cheers..

LATER at 6.35am

When I'd stepped out onto the verandah just minutes ago, to marvel at the pink-tinged clouds in the sky (red in the morning, shepherd's warning?), a sudden gust of warm Berg wind had hit me as I put the corn out onto the bird's feeding table...
It had been early yesterday afternoon that I'd called my Good Neighbour to report their water was leaking badly onto ours, and I'd followed it up with a text to godschild... Safely out of town he may be, but it's only fair that he's kept abreast of this latest mischief, as much as he might prefer it otherwise...
The giant overheads down by No. 2 have been activated 24/7 for the last two days, and look set to stay on again today.. Whether this plays a role in the mischief of the water running onto ours, or even the weather patterns, is anyone's guess...

There's a chopper out there, behaving remarkably like our own Airwing Flyboyz, as it circles endlessly over Sydenham.. Not colours that I recognise, and too far away for me to guess... A red herring, introduced to deflect attention away from the Police involvement in the Surveillance project?  Not a bad idea, under the circumstances....

LATER at 7.45am

A quick update on the current nonsense involving our water lines?  The water meter tap continues to drip slowly into the ground.. The puddle of water on the concrete floor of the courtyard under the cistern outlet pipe is even bigger this morning, HERE, and the cistern itself shrieks in outrage when it's flushed... The visibly dripping water on the toolshed/hole in the wall has stopped, and that bit of stone has dried out, but the rest remains waterlogged, and an accident waiting to happen...
Was that the stench of sewage effluent I smelled out there?  The same effluent that was running for near on 6 days from the manhole cover down the road?  Has that runoff since been diverted to cause problems on our property?  Nice one...
Peace..
