DEEP END..
(begun Friday 26th August at 4am...)

Would Allen Spence take the stand and tell the Court why the average consumer/ratepayer was never informed of the astonishingly advanced technology which is now being used countrywide to access private residences, and destroy any semblance of privacy that the homeowners might have once had?
A stupid question Your Honour, as it was clearly designed to enable the authorities to stealthily hunt down tax evaders and even on occasion, terrorists?

May I respectfully request that Your Honour be shown the official warrants allowing at least three known households here in Harris Crescent to be monitored via their powerlines, to the extent that the occupants are now ill as a result of the wireless frequencies flooding their homes?
May I also respectfully request that the Court advise these householders of the specific charges laid against them, that has allowed for these Human Rights violations to continue for over six years?
The relevant warrants have been mislaid?  I see... *winks...

May the Court then move on to question Mr. Spence on the character of the gentleman seen fit to be handed the power circuits here in Harris Crescent in 2005?  A gentleman who, AFAIK, unless he obtained his electrical engineering degree from an internet created institution, holds no qualifications that could possibly merit allowing him control over the power circuits feeding our homes?
A chap that has, if I'm not mistaken, acquired a name for himself in the relatively small pond that is the SA Internet, as a Cracker of note?

May I ask Mr. Spence, Your Honour, who it was that recommended such an unlikely candidate for such a responsible position?  Our Head of Intelligence himself?  *gasp...
If this is so, then may I hazard to guess that the charges against the occupants of No.s 8, 4, and 5 Harris Crescent must be serious indeed for their Constitutional rights to have been breeched in such a manner, and over such a long period of time?
There are no documented charges?  I see....
In that case, could Mr. Spence, under oath as he is, give us the reason for this atrocity ever taking place?  He was merely following orders from his Superiors?  That would be Dr. Michael Sutcliffe would it not, though there is evidence to show that Sutcliffe likely deferred regularly to a known Druglord, one 'Earl' Michael Barnabas, on the matter of the Metro-Connect  H20 Trials set up in Sherwood in 2005?
Mr. Spence may stand down..

It is my considered opinion that the witness is at best unreliable, and at worst, a Liar on every level, and I request that he cease attempting to disrupt the Court by rattling his shackles in protest.. For if justice prevails, the Superintendent of Electricity for Durban will have the rest of his life to spend shaking his chains in Solitude, while thanking the Fates that there is no Death Penalty in this country...
The prosecution would like to call it's next Witness, Your Honour... Would Herr Doktor Sutcliffe take the stand, fresh as he is from extradition from the white sands of Goa?  En so voerts......

Ja, I'm thick... But not that thick that I seriously imagine anything remotely resembling the above scenario will ever take place... *shrugs...

Saturday 27th August at 4.10am...

I understand the way his sick head works... The nasty smack via the frequencies said to get up and out of bed, and there's no point in arguing.. This time the discomfort disappeared as fast as it came, and you can just see him, hands in the air, saying look, it wasn't me... Shame... *eyeroll.. Small, stolen moments he uses to remind himself of the immense power he wields....

This week's Berea Mail at www.looklocal.co.za or www.thehighwaymail.co.za, 26th August, front page Out of Hand, refers, and gives a pretty good idea of the misery caused by the Metro Connect operations down in the Glenwood/Umbilo area...
How's Councillor Warwick Chapman coping with his new Ward?  A far cry from the area he previously covered, where, to the majority of home owners, replacing a damaged TV wasn't necessarily a financial crisis...
When Warwick finally gets to put the lights out and  climb into his bed, is he still as fired up by the Project's premise as he used to be?  Surely he's aware of the necessity of the water runoffs to ease the pressure built up in the lines now stuffed with fibre cabling?  Chances are that he himself has FTTH anyways....*shrugs....
If so, he'll know that the so-called copper theft in Glenwood and the Berea is specifically engineered by thieves employed indirectly by his Employers... No?  *studies the young man...

It was your IT-friendly credentials that got you your seat was it not?  That sailed you past the older more experienced politicos, who simply couldn't figure out how to use their Council-bequeathed laptops?
Hell, I've no problem with that.. After all, the oldies had the opportunity to get acquainted with their computers and if they failed to do so, they were out...

The Berea Mail article quotes a resident as saying the community is comprised of people who have limited resources and are in no position to replace the ruined appliances. (cooked by the Metro Connect operations)...A situation very similar to ours, here at the arse-end of Harris Crescent....
Power outage Insurance, provided by the Council?  *falls over choking... You get that motion passed by the Fat Cats during your term of office, Warwick, and I'll definitely reconsider my opinion of you... *snorts...
Here's an idea... Instead of spending precious time updating your Facebook page, how's about you google Karl Muller, mybroadband.co.za?  How's about you hunt down every post that Karl Muller has made with regard to cellphones, cellmasts and wireless, starting with the iBurst Forum, and the iBurst cellmast debacle in Craigavon, Fourways, and ending with the latest No Proof Cellphones Harmful: vodacom thread on the Broadband News and IT Articles Forum at mybroadband.co.za?

When you've finished reading Muller's words, spend some time thinking about the fantastical Metro Connect Project and what makes it work...
Wireless and fibre, Warwick?  Now isn't that pretty much what Karl Muller says ain't that good for your health?  That it's gradually coming out that the wireless emissions are killing people off wholesale?
Never mind the destruction being done to your constituent's hard-earned appliances, young man, what about their health FFS?  Never mind the dangers of living in the shadow of a cellmast, when the PTB are now running wireless over the powerlines directly into people's homes...

Done with care, and using qualified Controllers, I figure the risks to homeowner's could at a pinch, be touted as minimal, and I won't even get started on the contravention of the Constitutional right to privacy... *eyeroll... The thing of it is, that so many of the Area Controllers enlisted to manage great swathes of power circuits for the Blessed Project, are proving to be criminals themselves...   You'd be sadly mistaken if you believed Colin P Balliram to be a one-off, dude...

How's your colleague young Jethro doing, by the way?
Has he been warned off the Sydenham section of his constituency yet?  Not in so many words, but....?
When the fiddling of the Ward's demarcation lines took place just prior to the recent local elections, was the unfortunate fellow ever told that a large part of his area now included territory regarded by 'Earl' Michael Barnabas as his personal kingdom, and his alone?
Is a part of your brief as Councillor, to keep your heads down and do as you're told, and ask no questions that may just rock this leaky boat?

While it cheers me no end to see that publicly at least, you're prodding the Chief of Electricity to investigate the insurance proposal, we both know it ain't gonna come to squat....
That your unfortunate constituents, due I guess to the sheer density of their dwellings, are going to continue losing their electrical possessions hand over fist, without any recourse to compensation, though at this point they don't yet realise that's the least of their worries...
You can guarantee that by now many of the residents are feeling the physical effects of the wireless emissions being pumped into their homes via the powerlines, on a daily basis..
Tellus Warwick - Do you know the Metro Connect Area Controllers for your Ward personally?  Have you met them?  Are they qualified Electrical Engineers or are they like ours, a disfunctional Cracker with a flair for IT and connections to the underbelly of society?  *interested...
What do you personally hope to achieve during your well-paid term of office?  Seriously?
Was a large part of the brief given you, to keep the lid on this monstrous Project, no matter what shocking effects it has on an innocent community?

Did you and Jethro and Alex ever attend a brainwashing camp some years back?  Designed to prepare you for the positions you now hold?
To ensure that you don't fall off the path and allow yourselves to question the use of criminals as Project Area Controllers who've been put in charge of some seriously deadly weaponry?
Have I got it all wrong, and you're definitely all Good Guys?  You've done as I've asked and read Karl Muller the Educator's posts, and still you insist I've got it wrong?  *chokes...
Do you tell yourself you can change things, but that it will take time?
Tough titty then, that time and money are in short supply for so many of your innocent constituents, as they go down like flies before the wave of wireless emissions in their homes...

Any new masts proposed for your area?  From the sheer numbers of aerials and panels perched atop so many apartment blocks down your way, I guess additional masts aren't required?   *vomits... If however, such a proposal came to pass, would I see you at the head of the protestors, openly decrying the erection of such a tower?  Eh, Councillor Chapman - You're really in the deep end now, and I sure hope for your sake and the sake of the community you've promised to assist,  that you're a good swimmer...
Peace...
