ADVANCE WARNING...

(begun Saturday 29th May at 6.15am...)

Advance warnings are for sissies... *snorts... How Nayager and his Lawyer must have squealed as the unexpected additional charges were revealed without any warning on Thursday... Apparently Nepaul was mighty miffed that the Prosecution hadn't made the statements available beforehand...tsk, tsk....
The Hawks must have finally figured out that it's unwise to allow der Kommissar time to use his creative skullduggery, and for once he didn't see it coming....
You can bet that some really heavy and threatening calls were made afterwards, to the informer he has on the Opposition's team, once the new charges came to light.. *cackles..

Are Nayager's backers still happy to cover his enormous legal fees, or are they starting to mutter angrily?  They'll have to be reminded sternly that the object is merely to prolong the proceedings indefinitely by fair means or foul..  For his skills at running organised crime with Balliram are vital to the success of the Big Brother Wireless/Broadband initiative..

Sunday 30th May at 4.00am..

It looks like it's going to be a perfect day for the Marathon, though right now it's only about 7 degrees up in Pietermaritzburg and the chaps must be freezing...
Is my Good Neighbour struggling to come to grips with this covert operation?  He seldom runs his outside kitchen light, but for the second night in a row there it was, flooding across into our lounge and even onto our front lawn... (admittedly only since Vincent cut the acalypha back so fiercely...)
I don't have a problem with this, as it will make it that much harder for the likes of young Brian and his mates to slither about our gardens in the dead of night...*winks...

What intrigues me is the fact that I was up at 2.00am to pee and that light was still active, and yet by 4.00am he'd switched it off.. He'd done the same yesterday... *startled... With a good couple of hours of pitch darkness left, it has one wondering why he switches it on in the first place.. You get my drift I'm sure..*winks again.. He's new at all of this and a good chap, and maybe his Controller needs to explain to him that appearances are everything?  *grins...

At 3.20pm yesterday afternoon I'd caught sight of a pale blue shirt skulking about across under the gumtrees... His appearance, whether for the Project or as an independent, would have been picked up by the invisible cameras fosho... I fetched the glasses and found a guy wearing one of those loose silky T-shirts with an 80 on it, along with black framed spectacles... A bushwhacking Nerd? He appeared to be looking for something, and I could just make him out as he peered down the steep pathway to the old Drugboys hideout down by the stormwater drain, before he moved back along to the end of the little bluff.. (where the red people carrier always parked).  Eventually he headed off out of sight and I'm guessing he had a vehicle waiting nearby..*fascinated..

Last night online?  I was graciously allowed to access #triviaworld but in turn I was blocked from mybblounge.co.za ... My repeated efforts during the evening got me only Data Error pages...*grins...
The concerted effort to avoid any discussions on the matters so close to my heart continues, so it's unlikely I missed anything exciting by being blocked..*yawns... There are no doubt heated debates raging out on the web of the Strategist's latest move, but dof as I am, there's little chance I'd find them.. Defeatist?  Nay/nooit... A realist is what I am, despite your shrieks of disbelief!  *cackles...

Deemed a pariah by both good and bad, (doubtless due to my incoherence and bad reporting), I'm fortunate to stumble across anything of significance at all... *laughing...
Have many of you figured out the importance of the streetlights deliberately left active during the day?  Sutcliffe continues to bleat that it's to prevent cable theft but by now you know that's utter bullshit....
An enormous additional cost to the ratepayer, but vital to the efficaciousness of the privacy invasion...

The beleagured journo/VC asked me yesterday for my take on the huge ongoing water runoffs and I had to admit that despite knowing they play a big role in the covert operations, I've no clue what they're intended to achieve... The nearest I can get to it is that the pressure buildup must be avoided at all costs, or many more disasters will occur...
It's still possible that my initial assertion of cable being run through water lines is the reason behind these hydrants being uncapped and 'bursts' deliberately being engineered...
It's easy enough to test my theory.  The next time you see a big runoff in your area, report it to the authorities asap and see how long it takes for them to shut it down... 2 hours? 3?  See, if you all were to play the good citizen and not leave it for someone else to report, things could get a little hectic for the PTB.  The threats of huge hikes in water rates should make them answerable for the delays in shutting down the water leaks as soon as they've been reported... Or not... *shrugs..
I'll concede that things appear to be running smoothly here in the Crescent since the new water lines were laid, but that could be due to the fact that several residents had begun expressing unwelcome curiosity about the ongoing breaks...

LATER at 5.45am...

Who among you could ever have predicted that the art of hacking would result in such unimaginable levels of voyeurism?  That the act of accessing someone's computer stealthily would be upgraded and refined by technology to allow the target's very conversations to be amplified and relayed to hidden Listeners?
However cautious you are in what you type into your PC it's a vastly different kettle of fish censoring your own everyday conversations..
And it's these often idle remarks that have the likes of Schabir Shaik, Barnabas and Nayager glued to their headphones...  Combine this ability with the total control of your landlines and cellphones and there's nothing these crooks won't know about you and your so-called personal life...*applauds...

Does van Zyl still insist that it's only the suspected tax dodgers or terrorists that are monitored so thoroughly?  What utter bollocks!  You can lay odds that the likes of Agliotti and Rassool have been given the same enormous power control as Barnabas, over THEIR chosen areas... You can put money on the fact that their Controllers are as lawless as Colin P. Balliram, and will derive as much sick pleasure as he does, 'testing' the technology on the innocent and thick...*snorts...
This I must add, with the full knowledge of those heading YOUR Muni's Electricity Department...Much as I'd like to think Spence and Balliram are one-off aberrations of society, you know they aren't.. They're everywhere, and their numbers are increasing rapidly.. Easily fooling themselves or you that what they do is ultimately for the good of the country, they cast the old values and ethics aside as so much dead-weight...

I'm still fascinated by how the selection process works.. How do you decide who is recruitment material and who isn't?  I confess to assuming early on that a lack of brain and IT skills meant automatic exclusion from the Project... But I've since come to rubbish that line of thought.. Bernie's girl up at No. 17 works tirelessly to oblige the Wireless Project and contributes way more than is good for the health of her folks and yet I struggle to believe she is any sort of computer boffin..

OTOH the journo/VC is as sharp as they come and would have been an asset to have over in Abrey Road and yet he's been carefully excluded.. The Chairman of our CPF is another who has been left out of the loop.. Though in his case, his work for the Correctional Services ensured that Nayager has him in the Watched Camp, to be used if need be... *waves to the paroled Whisperer...
This odd but careful selection process should have your antenna up and waving wildly but it hasn't.. Do you not ask yourselves why some are Chosen and others not?   If you ask, are you satisfied with the answers?  For it's the Exclusions that pique my interest so...

Could it be the gullibility factor of those under consideration that play a huge part in whether you're recruited or not?  Did you easily fall under Jannie's spell as he brandished the frangelica in your direction?  For how many years in a row has he deservedly been awarded Salesman of the Month for the Beast?  The rewards for his talents are there for all to see, and he's undeniably the Top of the Range...
Well, at least he was, until the Rocket Scientist appeared and blew the scam out of the water...
Unused as he was to having his word doubted alas, Jannie lost the plot and he will have to scramble to regain the ground he's lost...

There are huge thunderheads gathering on the horizon and it's fingers crossed that Karl Muller wears his Foul-Weather armour 24/7... As frustrated as I am by my ongoing exclusion from all things relevant, I understand the reasons for it... That my desire for open and honest discussion could prove as detrimental to the good guys as to the bad... *yawns..
With that in mind, I must sommer sit tight and continue waiting, as difficult as it is to do..
From my dumb perspective it's been the collective sitting-back that's allowed the Project to be manned by Criminals in the first place... But hey - it's not like I've a choice in the matter..

Peace julle..
