Lately there have been hugely bright lights on the convent Powerhouse, one of which has had an irritating tendency to go out minutes after I have shut down the PC. *grins...
My Controllers pretense at cutting back on power useage is laughable and really only applies to the suckers on our circuit...
Speaking of which - he took out the kettle yesterday... I could almost hear him repeating my words of 'for every action there is....' and THWACK!... a jerkoff moment fosho.... *laughing...
Were the demise of all our appliances (a very real possibility) to be engineered by the Foul King, and our circumstances be reduced to one of penury, I would gladly accept the situation if it revealed to many of the misguided, the level of mentality of this unfortunate choice as Controller...*beams...
The particular jackpoint in question has always been a noisy and favoured entry point for the not so stealthy SnoopSpook...*cackles...
Certainly not an old appliance by any means and a neat way of showing his displeasure.. Masterful! *falls over... Pick them off one at a time right?
It is the Goondaway....*uttered in ominous tones with a wink and a nudge...
The Wireless song, sounding strangely tinny, was absolutely belting out from the Senior Boys Hostel upper floor, across into Mayville this evening...
Did I mention that water was running steadily down Candella Road again this morning? Same old place too. The almost but not quite invisible pipe buried on the Naroth's verge.... a verge now so studded with For Sale signs its dizzying...*cackles..
As water seems to be what gets my Controller's attention (and goat baaaa) these days, lets chat about the leak on Sue the book's driveway...the leak that has miraculously dried up...*grins...
Missus Bernie was telling me that all the Cottage renters had been in trouble over the huge water bill some time back... I guess about when Cliffy was helpfully filling his portapool and emptying it out so regularly? *chokes...
As the new Trustee Member of the Board's two lads were also using the pool, it was hardly a secret... So why have a go at all the occupiers? One has to now tread warily with one's supporters? *shakes it's head...

Another question doomed to remain unanswered forever...*shrugs..
The Muni landscapers have been very busy under the Freeway bridge of late. A giant crane was seen last week helping to install fully-grown trees..*puzzled...
While the emphasis has for so long been on dleiberately encouraging degradation of suburbs and not their beautification, alarm bells ring loudly...*grins..
WTF are they trying to hide beneath the bridge? Could it be the source of these lights? Try as I may I cannot figure out where they are situated...*shrugs...

8.15am and Bali struggles mightily to connect the alterations to the pole by Carol to the Grid...*smiles..
Mo's alarm at No. 2 has shrieked out at least five times already as they try to get it right...*cackles..
My Masters bunker light burns fiercely despite the sunshine...
The river of water across the valley has dried out completely...*nods to Wayne van Bart the Nervous...
I expect it will be wet again when we have more rain.. totally understandable, though I am grateful it has at last been allowed to dry out. The 'extra' runoff could possibly be done overnight when I can't see it? *laughing...
A few more adjustments to whatever the gang of 'Parks wekkers' were doing below the Senior Boys Hostel should sort it out? Bingo...
I couldn't raise my contact on the corner of Candella and Jan Smuts last week. I call maybe five or six people regularly on a Monday to get a crime report for my Vice-Chair to take to the GOCOC Meetings at midday...
I finally got lucky today and she picked up...
Turns out she and her hubby had been upstairs a couple of Sundays ago at 2.00pm when three intruders got in, tied them up and cleaned out the house... They were threatened with the guns taken from the safe as well...
A really horrible situation and quite frankly I wish der Kommissar could track the three bastards and shoot them dead. *sighs... I am bored to tears with the haves and have-nots excuses....
The majority of people that are robbed of their possessions have worked damn hard to earn them in the first place...*spits..
Bali's bunker light was still active after 11.00am...*interesting... For one so very aware of the Power crisis, to forget even one light on, is really strange....*curious...
The Chair of our CPF rang earlier. One of his queries involved my excluding part of the saga of Hekhmat Currimjee in the current Minutes... The matter will now have to be raised at our next Meeting...*laughing...
I will of course be happy to tell the floor that directly after mailing the minutes to Hekhmat, my gmail was corrupted and has given problems ever since....*beams..
I have claimed often enough and to many, of the monitoring and control exerted over our PC and our lives...
This latest example of bullying certainly adds credence to my story does it not? *looks at the Fowl King - O Foolish One who stands for all that is ruining our beautiful country....*shrugs...
Are the alterations made to the pole outside Carol's neighbours house to enable Earl Michael Barnabas to also access residents privacy? He certainly has the clout to claim this right? *keels over laughing...
The near total silence from Debbie2 on mybroadband.co.za is worriesome... While her chosen field of study, and an articulate maturity that belies her tender years, must ensure that she will attract the attention of the Wikked, it is hoped that the Good (in such very short supply in my area), will rally and support her in all her endeavours...
While she has a great deal more to lose than I, it would be shameful were you not to support her, should she require assistance... Remember the Face of your Father indeed....
I guess it has been one of the hottest days of summer so far and yet the valley is still beautiful...
