LET'S PLAY RISK.....
Have the ongoing building operations on Jan Smuts Highway (just before the Candella Road turnoff) got anything to do with traffic light problems at that particular intersection?
WTF has this got to do with the Big Brother Project and the Zone?
I would guess a great deal...*grins...
As I pulled up at the traffic lights there (not working) yesterday, the eye-popping sight of a crane stretched to its full height in the grounds behind the two not yet completed structures, had my antenna immediately twitching....*startled...
Was someone related to these two palaces-to-be, the 'kind donor' who offered our CPF a Community texting service? *falls over laughing.....
Has baksheesh been paid that somehow involves the ongoing traffic light problems a few hundred yards from the building operations?
Will the Bank funding these 2 monoliths track down the people involved in the accident caused by the faulty robots last Friday night, and pay their medical bills?
I have no details of the damage incurred - only the word of a resident living right on that corner, who said it was a 'bad' accident...*frowns...
Again, all conjecture, but you have to wonder if these two houses are connected in any way to the existing muslim enclave previously blogged, across the other side of Jan Smuts Highway and a few yards up the road.... You remember? The one that has guards patrolling with AK47s?
It would appear that the Zone is currently a most desirable location to purchase or build a property...*beams...
Why would that be? Are the rich and powerful being assured that the Zone creates its own laws? That problems arising can be swept away by corrupt contacts in Government? That for the right luxury vehicle Jackie Selebi will have anything 'fixed'?? A safe Zone for the Wikked?... ah yes....*grins...
Happily, any thoughts of abandoning this blog out of sheer frustration, are dispelled by My Master's goons and their cattle-prods, online...*cackles...
So what do we have? An enormous amount of steel palisade fencing has been erected around St. Theresa's Convent & Orphanage. I have it on good authority that one of the companies that tendered for this job quoted well over R100ks... not exactly small change to be sure...
They didn't get the job of course, but their tender will make the whole operation appear more above board....*smiles at Missus Marie-Therese Naidoo....
The photos I have of a vehicle working on the fencing at the gap in the Playing Field on Saturday 13th October, shows no logo on the bakkie at all....Unsurprising heheh...
The fencing work continued the entire weekend and come Monday, what do we have?
The massive water run-offs deliberately arranged outside No. 18.
The trickle had already begun by 7.00am on Monday. See pictures of the cap removed from the hydrant taken a while later.
Was it the new fencing that somehow caused the instability on our power supply? You betcha!!! *laughs...
I had blogged the constant dips at that time..
Whatever the problem was that the fencing caused, adjustments had to be made quickly, and resulted in the huge water runoffs, and gave an excuse for the massive digging operations to take place outside Sabeera's at No. 18 and subsequently the power being cut on Tuesday and Wednesday....
It seems to have worked and I've not seen a dip on our system since....*fingers crawsed....
When next your power is cut, cruise around your neighbourhood looking for fresh cuts across a road, newly decorated streetlight poles and telephone poles... White wireless boxes and pale yellow light sensor knobs on top of streetlight cowlings...
Has there been any increased chopper activity overhead or nearby of late? Is anyone in your family able to see miniscule power dips? It would appear that these generally precede a blackout by up to a day or two if not more... though the GameWrecker cannot see these they are clearly visible to moi.....*cackles....

If the answer to any of those questions is a yes - then grab some mates and start driving about after dark looking for stunning new lighting on your neighbours houses....*cackles...
Make a note and check whether there is a vast water run-off from that property regularly or a property near by... the base-station may well be your nearest state-run school or charitable institution...
The water run-offs should tell you which of your neighbours is most likely to be in a position to monitor every aspect of your life should the necessity arise...*beams...
Problems with your fixed line? You had to have Telkom in to relay your cabling? *looks at Debbie2
Manto is merely another distraction, designed to draw attention away from the Big Brother Project....
A huge oops moment occurred when the telephone tapping became public knowledge...*keels over laughing...
Have you Ever seen such swift backpedalling in your LIFE? I'm betting the phone tapping 'debate' won't amount to much at all, and I'm surprised that it was even raised by the DA in the first place...
After all, our very own Councillor Alex Christians here in Sydenham (exported from Pietermaritzburg), knows a great deal more about the Project than he is letting on, and he too wears the DA badge...
He has been seen in close conversation with both the fair Carol Frankson (consort of Earl Barnabas) and is in contact with the so-called 'Trust' Committee that sold out St. Theresa's - leading me to believe he was deliberately re-located to Sydenham on a specific mission...*cackles...
As he is one of the very few, if not only, IT friendly Councillors here in Durban, it puts him in an extremely powerful position when it comes to the Telkom Wimax/Eskom/Muni/crooked Govt. officials Big Brother Project...
I write this to the tune of pick-axes working diligently in the small patio area belonging to the Captain of Courage....*smiles...
It has outlived its usefulness and is being upgraded? I don't recall seeing that particular area on the plans we signed? More security measures are being added, to prevent the nosey old toad obtaining proof of the monitoring devices that lived tucked into that small area? *chortles... fosho!
The speed with which this digging took place so soon after my recent blog on the oscillograph housed in that corner, is hardly surprising....*laughs...
Did Toby van Heerden at Telkom Overport ever get my message from Bev Pillay, regarding his little tech's unofficial visit to our property back in December 2004? I have to doubt that he did....
Though Toby is fully aware of the anti-toad campaign and undoubtedly gives it his wholehearted support, it is unlikely he is aware of the lengths gone to, by the very people he works with...*shrugs...
He shuts his eyes to the world that exists right on his doorstep and refuses to acknowledge it ja... I would guess he belongs on the list with Johan Stolz and Howard Whitehead? or not? *snorts...
Finally, may I point you to a letter in the Mercury of 17th October, entitled "Domestic blackouts make little difference to Electricity Crisis", by one Greg Fitzgerald of Glenhills...
It is written in what I call boffin speak, and should appeal to those fortunate enough to possess grey matter...*grins.
The power cuts are done deliberately so that work on the Big Brother Project can be linked up safely. If you are subjected to more than your fair share of blackouts, run through my checklist and confirm for yourselves, that I speak True....

Much later....

At 4.45pm it was Chopper Time!!! It appears to be very busy setting up systems for the weekends testing as round and over it goes...*grins...
It even came over and had a good look at the work done so far at Balis here in the front. I don't recall any such work on the plans which the GameWrecker signed? *shrugs...

I was trying to fit into Missus C's tiny shoes earlier.... a difficult job haha.... but as a parent, my first priority would have to be my 2 kids education and the thousands one would have to set aside for this practically at birth.
Even with an education policy, these premiums must eat a HUGE chunk out of their earnings? Or is this a part of the ongoing gift system to the Golden Tool?
Playing golf? A jetski? Massive and palatial renovations planned? A Beemer? It's all quite dizzying to think that an IT Security guy (and part-time Govt. spook) and a 2nd hand car salesperson can make this kind of money...*puzzled...

Will we be treated to more lengthy powercuts and huge deliberate water run-offs as the Captain's building continues? A pretty safe bet indeed...
Has Tristan Govender been linked up next to the Assessment Centre? The chopper seemed to linger over that section earlier..hmmm...

As my dear Master has so easily managed to somehow become the Injured Party in this bizarre Game, I though that by adding these few remarks to todays blog, it would give him just a soupcon of lame duck flavour to blend with his usual Chicken de jour delight....*chokes...

Bring it.

Peace to you all...
